Day 11 (Jan 11th)

Something about which people seem to compliment you.

My odd socks – then again maybe it’s not a compliment lol. I started wearing odd socks when I was at uni, I think it was because one day I couldn’t find a pair and then it got stuck. More and more people knew me for wearing odd socks and so now if I even dare go back to matching socks I think someone would think that I was ill.

I’ve even had my odd socks used as an example in a prophesy at church. We had a visiting speaker and I was sat in the front row as I normally do. I can’t remember why but I think my trouser legs were rolled up a bit and so my socks were on show. The speaker got up to give this prophesy and that was that – my socks were an example!

Ohhh, I love odd socks! Socks have been a hot topic in our house lately. Mostly because the boy keeps stealing mine. We now start every day with me chasing him around the bedroom demanding my socks back.

Random Q – do you pair them in odds or pair them in pairs so they match? When my housemate first moved in with me and Chris she thought I was bananas because I pair my socks in odd pairs rather than matching pairs before I put them away.
