There is an update. I have been offered a temp to possible perm job on the industrial estate near my house. I’m not entirely sure it’s right for me and so combined with the start date being pushed back I’m still looking for jobs.
I applied for like 4 or 5 different jobs on Monday – including one that would be going back to a role I used to do (maybe not the right thing to do but I know I can do the job successfully and when I left it was on good terms rather than bad terms). I’ve applied for another three since Tuesday lunchtime. One even mentioned Doc Brown from Back to The Future in the advert – how does that happen?!?!
I’m not sure if anything will happen from these but I kind of hope that something does. Some of the roles I’ve applied for I think would be hard work but I think they would be really exciting too. I guess we just have to pray and see.

I hope so! Had a call today about a temp to perm over in Kempston. Hopefully will hear more about it next week – also have been given a couple more hours at the Residential home 🙂 it’s all good 🙂
