The One with Bits

I was wondering about different things.

1. If you knew someone famous had read one of your posts would you then blog about them reading it? I told my parents, CJ and JD but I haven’t told any one else – yeh I’m excited and want to make a deal about it but then if said person came back to read my blog because they did indeed like it then they might be like eugh! Fanblog and walk away again. I think me and the small group is fine. What do you think?

2. I had a dream last night – one of those horrible ones where it’s so real that you wake up believing it. The first section of my dream wasn’t so nice. I dreamt that I woke up from my bone marrow harvest surgery, and the doctor came to see how I was doing. He asked me to get out of the bed so he could check the harvest site – except when I went to get out of the bed my legs wouldn’t move and I couldn’t feel them. Rather than freaking out I was really calm and put it down to the anaesthetic not wearing off completely or something like that. Even in my dream when I was told that I wouldn’t walk or dance again I was still chilled as a cucumber. CJ was next to me having a freak out about it but I was calm and took it all in. It was really strange.

Well I could tell you but then again maybe I can’t lol.

Bone Marrow Harvest: I’ve been on the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow register since was about 18 (i think!). I got a letter about a week ago explaining that I was a potential match to a patient who needs a bone marrow transplant.

I went and had a blood test on Monday and they should be able to identify if I’m a match – if I’m a full match then I could be going to have a Bone Marrow Harvest surgery.

    Dear Hannah
You’ve answered my blog and I’ve read yours and I haven’t been turned off. Famous people are just people like us. They have the same problems and maybe even bigger, because they are famous. Go ahead and write about the experience. Its no fun having a great contact and not being able to tell the world. If the famous person thinks your so terrible,… well, who would want the know them anyway. I say do it and then don’t worry about it. Life is too short for NOT DOING STUFF! The old guy from Kansas USA

hehe thank you Robert 😀 I am going to post about it in a few days – I contacted the person and they said it would be okay to write about it – maybe next week – I’ve got some stuff to catch up on and need to get ready for the house warming party first 😀

Famous people are regular people, they just get recognized more. Do what you think is best. But I’m dying to know who it is and which post it was!
