It’s the first of November and the means it’s not just NaBloPoMo but it’s NaNoWriMo as well. Add into that a new series of books I’m glued to (left Behind by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins) and a couple of swaps for Swap-Bot and I might be just a bit busy.
I managed to get 1670ish works written today so that’s a good start. I’ve also found out that I’ve got 5ish days holiday left to take in the next 8ish weeks. I might take of two at the end of November to cram write for as much of the time as I can (the 30th is a Tuesday I think)
Anyhoo I am going to head to bed now so night one and all.
EDIT: It’s technically Day 2 but I’ve come to add the rest of the post now.
So Today is:
Day One: My Favourite Song.
Wow this could be really hard. I am into such a different range of music that we could be here for a long time lol. I might have to go with Top 5 rather than favourite.
So…
Amazing Grace – I love this Hymn. I do like the original but I also like the cover by Bandwithnoname. The link is to the cover.
And Can It Be – Charles Wesley – The link is to a slightly different version to the one that I know but it’s taken like 5 attempts to even find the same tune for the majority let alone the rest lol. Basically rather than repeating, they use the Amazing Love bit as a chorus which is cool too 🙂
My favourite bit:
Amazing Love
How can it be
That thou my God
Shouldst die for me
(Yeah there is some oldie language in it lol)
Faith by LCGC – I’ve seen them live twice – you cannot go to one of their concerts and sit still that is for sure! The video attached was filmed at Studio One at Abbey Road Studios (yes that place The Beatles amongst a whole other bunch of people recorded their albums)
Suddenly I See by KT Tunstall – I saw KT perform in Cambridge a few weeks ago and it was awesome. I wrote a post here about it.
Joyful Joyful from Sister Act. – Can we do this at church? please? maybe? We’ve sung O Happy Day in church but this would be awesome!
NaNoWriMo Words done: 1670
NaNoWriMo Words to go: 48330 (ish)
