Well that was a lovely surprise on Thursday. I was hoping that all those miles that I have walked would catch up and they did. I stood on the scales and there it was 1.5lbs. We weren’t able to stay for Image Therapy for one thing and another but I did go home to a lovely SW friendly dinner thanks to Chris. He made homemade burgers with Slimming World Wedges. He also made Slimming World coleslaw. The coleslaw was okay but the cabbage was really strong and it would have been better on smaller pieces. Oh well it was made at speed and it filled a hole!
Do you have any favourite recipes that are Slimming World friendly but work to replace something that is full of syns like coleslaw. Please share as I’d love to try them.
